Join us for Multicultural Week, August 6–9, as Downtown Duluth transforms into a vibrant celebration of global cultures through food, music, dance, film, and art. Each day brings something new, exciting, and family-friendly.
Event Lineup:
Wednesday, August 6 – Flavors on Main (6–9 PM)
Kick things off with international food trucks, live music by Mariachi Mexico, free henna, and fun photo ops along Main Street.
Thursday, August 7 – Parsons Alley (6–9 PM)
Enjoy multicultural performances, creative craft stations, and a special screening of the stunning documentary Samsara.
Friday, August 8 – Rock the Block: Multicultural Night (6–9 PM)
An action-packed evening featuring a diverse lineup of live performances on the Main Stage hosted by DJ Jessica It’s All Good. Expect everything from step and flamenco to anime rap, Bollywood, and fire dancers. Over at Parsons Alley, groove to Latin beats with C.O.T. Band and enjoy free face painting and vendors.
Saturday, August 9 – Festival Finale
Start the day with hands-on creativity at our Multicultural Workshops (10 AM–4 PM, registration required).
In the evening, catch the Korean Festival K-Pop Competition (6–7:30 PM) on the Main Stage, and then head to Parsons Alley for live Brazilian music from Fernanda Noronha & Peu Pereira, multicultural storytimes with Miss LuvDrop, and a cultural performance by the Laotian American Society.
