Dances on the Lakewalk 2025 – A Festival of Dance in Duluth
Duluth, MN – two FREE outdoor dance concerts at Duluth’s Rose Garden at 7pm on Friday and Saturday July 11 and 12, 2025.
Choreographers from Duluth and the Twin Cities, gather to share their dance journeys with dash of jazz, folk, ballet, modern, and lyrical dance. Audience members are invited up to Duluth’s Rose Garden to enjoy outdoor dances among the roses and the stunning background of Lake Superior. Bring camp chairs, lawn chairs, etc. for comfort or enjoy sitting on the grass.

Freshwater Dance Collective is dedicated to the mission of expanding the artistic boundaries of contemporary dance by
presenting the choreography of regional and national artists. The company, formed in 1989, creates and produces quality professional modern dance in Northeastern Minnesota through public performances and special events. The company collaborates with musicians, visual artists, writers, and other choreographers to provide the company with opportunities to present the widest possible range of choreography, music, art, and subject matter to area audience.
