Fresh Northwest seafood meets bold Gorge wines in this pairing experience with Jacob Williams Winery and Bistro 1907. From delicate ceviche to wild-caught salmon and a spiced custard finale, each course highlights the best of the region—with thoughtfully selected pours from one of the Gorge’s finest wineries.
