We'll then situate ourselves to begin our flow through an all levels Vinyasa Flow atop rolling hills and pastures for a stunning view. Expect the horses to be close with us- and with our practice. We'll focus on opening the Heart & Hips with this slow flow- focusing on inner release and self acceptance. The pastures create an unforgettable experience with the most memorable view!!
