Lymphcare uk are a specialist service dedicated to patients who have lymphoedema, chronic oedema and lipodema.
These conditions encompass a range of disorders that affect the lymphatic system in the body , a network of vessels and nodes that play a vital role in fluid balance , immune function and fat absorption.
Our Em makes no secret of the fact that she suffers from one of these conditions , as do other ladies who come along to some of our groups.
This service has been invaluable to them.
The team are passionate about raising awareness of these conditions through educating the community.
This coffee morning is an opportunity to chat to the team and help to fundraise for the service that looks after our friends so well.
Coffee, cake , music and a raffle....what's not to love?
We will meet at central clinic at 11am for the coffee morning and then move on to have a picnic lunch at Warren's Hall nature reserve just down the road.
£5.00 per person.
This group is open to everyone. It is a non judgemental safe space.
