We have the Blue haired slink Goddess herself, Holly Baker, joining us at our beautiful new Cradley Heath studio this August for 2 workshops.
Holly has been a pole dancer for 12 years and is known for her liquid like movements.
After living in London for 6 years, Holly relocated to Liverpool where she currently teaches at both the Pole Loft, and Rude Girl studio as well as running her own business, The Pole PA.
She has danced in shows such as Sexquisite, riot, broken doll, filthy Friday, and boxed in productions - alongside dancing and modelling for the iconic Camden based rave brand Cyberdog for over 5 years.
Holly specialises in heels technique, sensual flow and basework, although having quite an extensive knowledge in elite level pole tricks.
Workshop 1

But are you really moving slow?
During this workshop, the goal is to show the utmost control over our movements, by taking it as slow as we possibly can.
We will be exploring together, whilst you are given a choreo - you are encouraged to make it your own.
Experiment and play- milk every moment and move as slow and silky as honey off a spoon. We will have a range of different music to dance to, focussing on expressing our own sensual movement.
Requirements
This workshop is for all dancers. Heels are optional. Progressions and regressions will be given.
Workshop 2
LIQUID FLOW 💧

In this workshop we will be learning a flow based choreo with Holly’s signature and flavoured pathways - all focusing on technique and fluidity in movement.
The aim is to continue moving throughout our dance, nailing down footwork and techniques - think skates and glides, threes and turns, spins and floats, all combined to make a fluid and effortless dance.
Each workshop is £42.50 or book both for £80 and save £5
