Art Journaling - Letter E prompt.

Art journaling is a mindful activity that allows you to express thoughts, feelings and experiences through imagery, colour and texture when words are difficult.
Engaging in the creative process of Art Journaling can be a judgement free form of self care.
Our group have tried this activity before and the results were fantastic.
I give just a single letter of the alphabet as journal prompt. This is the perfect spark for creativity as it is left open to interpretation.
This gives the group permission to create and express themselves freely.
This week the chosen letter will be 'E'.
( maybe Enchanted, Eclipse, Emotions, Escape .....the list is endless for this one).
