Art Journaling - Thoughts and feelings.

One of the main purposes of journaling is to process and document what you are thinking or feeling. In art journaling we do that by pulling together colour, words and images.
Instead of being particular about the neatness and clean lines of a written journal , art journaling is more about the mindfulness of freely creating.
This week we will be creating a page about our thoughts and feelings.
Whilst creating my example page I found the cutting and sticking for the collage and the motion of freely painting back and forth creative therapy in itself , but how you create your page to depict your thoughts and feelings is totally up to you.
