WORKSHOP: DIY Vanilla Extract Lab + Lecture

Begin with a comprehensive class on the history and culture of vanilla, followed by a hands-on “Lab Session” where you will make your own vanilla extract to take home!

What to Expect:
📖Historical and dramatic tales of vanilla in our global history
✅Tips on how to grow Vanilla Orchid
🐝An overview of Pollination, harvesting, and processing vanilla beans
AND all the tools needed to make your own vanilla extract in class including:
A selection of several spirits to choose from for extract making
1 8 oz. Vanilla extract bottle
Vanilla beans
Labels for gift giving or personal use

Cost is $50 per guest, with a portion of each sale going back to the Koi Pond Project!

*You will have the opportunity to make more bottles if you choose to and can pay al-a carte during class session.
