Movement, confidence, and fun all in one!

This month’s theme is Fruits + Veggies 🥬 - kids will get active + learn why these powerhouse foods fuel their bodies.
Each kids will also leave with a take home one-sheeter packed with fun facts + a simple recipe for “hidden veggies” 😉 pasta sauce. Plus, they’ll receive a nutritious post-workout snack! 🙌
