Kids Yoga Workshop

Bundle up for a cozy winter yoga adventure! In this playful kids yoga class, children will stretch, move, and breathe through winter-themed poses inspired by snowflakes, animals, and cozy moments. We’ll practice calming breaths, gentle movement, and mindfulness while celebrating the magic of the winter season.
