The POWER of Mantras
Miss Molly will be sharing lots of mindful fun in this creative and engaging yoga workshop. Students will enjoy physical movement and mindfulness practices. These practices help create self-regulation and teach your child how to find calm. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together! Each child will take home a special mindfulness tool used or created in this class. This month we will focus on the power of our words and using mantras.

$25 for each child
$15 for each additional child in a family

Reminder: We kindly ask parents/guardians to promptly drop off yogis + pick-up when the offering is complete. This will allow yogis the space to connect with those around them!
