Turn up the heat and elevate your practice in this special pop-up flow! Benita will lead a dynamic, sweaty vinyasa sequence designed to challenge, strengthen, and energize your body.

Optional hands-on assists with Dani will be available throughout class to help you safely deepen your poses, refine alignment, and fully experience each movement.
