Gentle Yin + Sound Healing with Jen Roling (75 Minutes)

Join us on Wednesdays at 4:15 pm for a soothing 75-minute Gentle Yin + Sound Healing class with Jen Roling at The Well Yoga Dubuque. In this midweek reset, Jen will guide you through slow, supportive Yin postures to gently open the body, release tension, and calm the nervous system. As you settle into each shape, she weaves in beautiful sound healing—using instruments like bowls and chimes—to deepen relaxation and invite emotional and energetic release.

Jen is gifted at creating a safe, welcoming space where students feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. Her classes are a longtime favorite at The Well, offering the perfect blend of stillness, sound, and soul-nourishing rest.
