First Friday Farolitos Night: DuMA in the Millwork District

As part of Merry Millwork Market, you and your family can make your own colorful, glowing farolitos (luminarias) at this family art-making event hosted by Dubuque Unidos. Help us light up the street with a glowing community display outside the Dubuque Museum of Art and then take your farolito home for your holiday.

Warm your hands with mulled wine while you stroll the Museum galleries and enjoy festive tunes spun by DJ Papi. Discover works by regional Latinx artists and contemporary photographs by Navajo photographer Will Wilson

Art making starts at 4 pm. A $5 suggested donation per farolito will support Dubuque Unidos and help keep these community traditions shining bright.
