Led by Wendt Regional Cancer Center team members, this support group was created with every cancer patient in mind, no matter their cancer journey stage. It is also open to caregivers, family members, and supporters.
𝗨𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀:
• January 21, 2026: The theme for the January support group session is "Tai Chi: Meditation in Motion." Presented by Jerry and Nancy Trowbridge, Tai Chi is low impact, generally safe for all ages and adaptable to all fitness levels.
Together, we will:
• Discuss the science of gratitude's power on our brains and bodies.
• Explore different ways to practice gratitude and mindfulness.
• Discuss barriers that may feel like they are standing in the way.
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Delhi Medical Center Conference Room, Suite 3300.
