Rooted in trauma-informed principles, neuroscience, and somatic awareness, Level 1 offers a deep dive into the science and soul of breath
Through immersive classes, guided visualizations, hands-on techniques, and comprehensive self-study, you'll learn how to safely guide clients through emotional regulation, nervous system balancing, and embodied transformation
Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your skillset, this certification will empower you to confidently support others on their healing journey while deepening your own.
Classes meet one weekend a month for three months
