Howdy, Please let me know your thoughts on the following. I chose October 9 as it is the least expensive night to stay at the hotel. I hope it works for everyone. It is a bit challenging as we are spread out, have family commitments, and are still young enough to have career and personal obligations that limit our availability.
Note: You are not obliged to stay at this hotel. Through my years of travel for work I have achieved a status that affords extra benefits at Marriott Hotels. You should feel free to utilize any hotel with which you have an affinity, loyalty, or has a better value for you.

6:00 PM - Meet in the Marriott hotel lobby - leave for restaurant to have dinner together. There are several options (PF Changs, Longhorn Steakhouse, BJ's Restaurant, La Tradicion Mexican, etc.) within a few blocks of the hotel. We can choose via a forthcoming poll.
8:00 PM - Board games, more reminiscing, and snacks at the hotel. Feel free to come and go. Also, if you have a favorite game to play, please bring it. My family likes non-competitive cooperative games (Pandemic, One Word, Trogdor, etc.), but we can play cards, UNO, or anything that keeps us talking to each other.
8:00 AM - Meet in the concierge lounge (M Club) at the hotel for breakfast. If you are a Platinum Marriott Rewards member, access to the M Club for evening hors devours, snacks/drinks, and breakfast is included with your room. If you are not a Platinum Marriott Rewards member and you desire to stay at this hotel, let me make your reservation so that you can have access at no additional cost.
9:00 AM - Hang out in the M Club until you need to check-out.
11:00 AM - My son (Joshua) and I will be checking out and heading to New Philly to celebrate his birthday with family (October 10).
Please respond with your thoughts. Thank you!
