Summer SUP Yoga!

Stand up paddle board yoga is a fun and unique way to practice yoga on the water. It boosts core strength, balance, focus, and confidence, all while surrounded by nature’s calm. No need to be advanced—just breathe, slow down, and enjoy the moment. Like any yoga class, we offer variations and modifications so you can take it easy or challenge yourself. Either way, you’re in for a fulfilling experience!

** Sessions will take place at either O’Shaugnessy Nature Preserve or Hoover Reservoir. Participants will receive an email the week leading up to your session with more info.
