Empower Hour: Dublin Summer Fun Series

The Dublin Summer Fun Series @ Riverside Crossing Park is a summer long initiative to get the community connected. Sponsored by Life Time and Mount Carmel Dublin

Thursdays - Empower Hour @ 6 PM

Join a variety of Life Time instructors for free public large group fitness classes in the park.

Each week of the month will be a different Life Time Classes Collection format.

Week 1: Maxout Core
Week 2: Xtreme
Week 3: Mat Pilates
Week 4: Cardio Kick-Boxing
Week 5 (July only): Danze

Bring a mat, towel, water, and energetic spirit!
