- Those who are training for a local 5k or other race.
- Those who are looking to get into shape for their fall sport or other reason.
- Those who just want to see if they might like running, and want to learn more about the sport, as well as have the opportunity for fun and socialization and a positive experience around working out! Our main focus is on developing a FUN and POSITIVE relationship with running.
-Running, training, and nutrition advice from the Coffman cross country runners and coaches
-Runs of various intensities/lengths depending on skill/age/experience and goals
-Fun games and competitions including prizes
-Bonding and friendships being made, while learning what Coffman XC is all about
-Daily snacks
-A fun race to end the week
The entry fee will go to providing all campers with:
- A Coffman camp t-shirt
- Post-workout snacks and drinks, games, and prizes
- The end of week race
