The start of a new year is a great time to make a commitment to your writing practice. Award-winning poet Katie Donovan offers an immersive day at the Lexicon library on Saturday January 17th. The day will include writing prompts, discussion, goal-setting and fine-tuning those poems and stories that are nearly ready but need one more edit.
Katie Donovan has taught Creative Writing at NUI Maynooth, iadt Dun Laoghaire and the Irish Writers’ Centre, as well as facilitating several workshops for ArtNet DLR in recent years. A former “Irish Times” journalist, Katie is the author of six books of poetry, published by Bloodaxe Books UK.
