Join me for a heart-opening New Beginnings Ceremony – an afternoon of cacao, breathwork, meditation and powerful self-reflection to close out 2025 and step into 2026 with clarity, calm and fresh energy.

You’ll be guided to reflect on your wins and lessons from 2025 and choose what you truly want to carry forward into 2026, so you walk away feeling grounded, clear and re-energised.

The New Beginnings Ceremony is a gentle yet powerful space to pause, breathe and reset before you move into a brand new year.

We’ll begin with a gorgeous cacao, breathwork and meditation session, allowing your body and nervous system to soften and your mind to slow down. From there, we’ll move into a guided self-reflection and coaching process to help you harvest the gold from 2025 and intentionally create your next chapter.

This ceremony is all about:

• Deciding what you truly want to bring into 2026

✨ Arrival & grounding
Arrive from 3:50pm to settle into the space, land on your mat and leave the outside world at the door.

🍫 Cacao, breathing & meditation
We’ll begin with a beautiful cacao ceremony, combined with gentle breathwork and guided meditation.

• Cacao helps us to ground, open the heart and connect inward.
• Breathwork helps us to reset the nervous system and release tension.
• Meditation brings clarity, stillness and insight.

🖊️ Reflection & coaching
We’ll then move into a guided journaling and coaching session, reflecting on:

• Your key learnings and lessons from 2025
• The wins, growth and moments you’re proud of
• What no longer serves you and can be gently released
• What you truly want to carry forward into 2026

You’ll be supported with powerful coaching questions to go deeper than surface-level resolutions and connect with what you actually need.

We’ll close with a short grounding practice and intention setting for 2026, so you leave feeling calm, clear and supported.
