Pigeon Football MUFC Community Mental Health Workshop

The ‘MUFC Community’ Mental Health workshop is an 1.5 - 2hr introductory program designed to engage, educate, empower and encourage people to kick start conversations about Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Run as a face to face experience, the workshop will be delivered in a relaxed and inclusive environment where facilitators help break down the perceived stigmas and barriers that have historically held people back from reaching out for help or reaching out to help someone in their life.

MUFC invites all of our football community members, inclusive of referees, officials, coaches, players and their families - with the intention for all participants to get a base level understanding of what mental health is, what it looks like in Australia and some practical tips to help individuals.
