It’s been a while since our last event. We’d like to kick off the New Year with an on-site event this coming Saturday. (See below for this week’s platter board).
Orders can be placed from Tuesdays at 7pm when the online ordering opens via the link to our website which will also go be live tomorrow. What could possibly go wrong with a new website and online ordering.
We’re located in the industrial area of West Dubbo, our name is a fair clue. ✌️
Currently, we are taking pre orders for Saturdays only, for pickup or eat in between 3pm and 7pm. The prep for smoked BBQ is isn’t quick, it takes days to make sausages, sauces, sides from scratch while slowly smoking the meat. Many hours per week go into the prep to just to open for 4 hours.
Pre-orders only, no walk-ins, sorry, we aren't going to take a punt on $$$$ worth of meat.
The platters we offer are group serves; BBQ is meant to be shared so bring a crew. This week’s platter serves 4. This is not fast food. But be prepared to wait to collect, as we slice and serve it fresh, cafeteria style. 👌
We have around 100 seats available inside on a first in first choice basis. You are welcome to stay and tailgate. Bring an esky, and a crew, we will have a bar operating as well. 🍻
