Winter Wildlife Walk

Ever wonder what wildlife do during cold winters? Join volunteer Robin on this guided walk to discover the answer along some of the Beall trails!

Winter walks on the refuge take place on snowshoes, conditions allowing. We have a several pairs of adult-sized snowshoes available for this program on a first-come, first served basis. And for the first time, we have children-sized (under 100lbs) snowshoes too! Contact us at Y2FuYWFudmFsbGV5IHwgZndzICEgZ292 to reserve a pair if you need.

These walks occur on the fourth Saturday of the month. The walk will be around one mile along dirt trails with some sections of uneven terrain. Please dress appropriately for the weather. This event may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of inclement weather. Please stay tuned to this page or our website for updates.
