Join us on our monthly guided bird walk along some of the Beall trails!
The walk starts at 9am at the Beall parking area and will be approximately 2-3 miles along pavement and dirt trails.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring some water. This program is open to people of all birding abilities. We've got some spare binoculars if needed!
Winter walks on the refuge take place on snowshoes, conditions allowing. We have a several pairs of adult-sized snowshoes available for this program on a first-come, first served basis. And for the first time, we have children-sized (under 100lbs) snowshoes too! Contact us at
