World Car Free Day cycle with DCG

In DCG we believe that cycling is a big part of the solution to finding other safer and cleaner means of transport, especially for short journeys around the town. We are working to promote cycling in the Drogheda area and to campaign for safer cycling facilities.

If you share our vision why not join us on Car Free Day and spin around our lovely town? We'll in front of St.Peter's Church (West St.) at 11:00, cycle for about 90 minutes, and then meet at Courtyard Coffee for refreshments.

All cyclists (age 13+) are welcome. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are required for all participants. Bike lights and high viz clothing is recommended!

We welcome all newcomers.
