Expect a steady, focused practice rooted in the Iyengar tradition, with clear guidance and the intelligent use of yoga props to meet your body where it is. This workshop is open to all levels, and particularly enriching for those seeking to refine their practice.

Held in our dedicated, custom-built yoga space in Drogheda, Namaste House offers a calm and welcoming environment with everything you need to support your practice – props, blankets, bolsters, and more. There’s ample free parking on-site and excellent transport links nearby, making it easy to join us whether you’re local or travelling in.
