Discover Craft at Ardgillan Castle Studios
Step into the enchanting grounds of Ardgillan Castle this August and meet the makers behind some of Ireland’s most beautiful handcrafted work. Nestled in the heart of the park, our studios open their doors for a month-long celebration of creativity, community and craft.
Explore a working studio space where you can chat with resident artists, watch live demonstrations, and learn more about traditional and contemporary craft techniques – from ceramics and textiles to printmaking and jewellery.
Whether you’re a curious visitor, an aspiring maker or a lifelong craft enthusiast, this is a chance to experience the magic of making up close in a truly inspiring setting.

Accessibility: Wheelchair access available to studios in the Gardeners’ Cottage. Studios in the main building are accessible by stairs only.
Parking & Facilities: Free parking available on-site, with designated spaces for disabled visitors and limited mobility access near the castle. Toilets available in the castle and park.
