BEER + CHEESE blind tasting event with 12 Fox + SWIG Cheese Haus

Here's the lowdown on how a blind tasting works...
The blind tasting event is on Saturday - July 19th from 3pm-5pm - please arrive at 3pm so Jill can talk cheese + Joe can talk beer.

The Cost will be $27.00 a person or $50 a couple!

There will be 4 stations
totaling 8 beers + 8 cheeses

Guest will Taste the beer and rate from numbers 1-5 (There will be a notes section to take notes)

Guest will Eat the Cheese and rate from numbers 1-5

When each guest gets to the end. Someone will be there to make sure they have submitted the survey on their phones or turn in their answer sheet.

Sheets will be calculated on site and google will automatically tally answers.

An hour before the end of the event we will gather everyone who has participated and discuss the answers as a group. At that time we will reveal which beers were which.
(SWIG will host this part along with 12 FOX) This is the interactive part!!

We will have a poster board showing the winning beer/cheese and people’s choice in order.
