Hear from the Vista & the Still Austin teams for a behind-the-scenes look into creating craft beverages.
We are thrilled to have very special guests from Still: Master Distiller John Schrepel and Head Distiller Emiliano Guajardo. You'll also hear from the Vista Brewing team, including Head Brewer Ryan Bruton and owners, about how these delicious, big stouts were made.
Vista Brewing and Still Austin have worked together on numerous barrel aged beer projects, and we love to showcase their 100% Texas-grown whiskey at our popular pairing dinner events. This event will feature Vista's 2025 releases of three stouts as well as the a complimentary welcome cocktails from our friends at Still.
Vista’s culinary team has created a farm-to-table menu featuring locally sourced produce and sustainable proteins.
We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and welcome cocktail before gathering around farmhouse tables for a three course meal with beer pairings.
