Wetland Walk & Meditation (Donation Based)

Join me for a peaceful outdoor experience designed to bring you into the present moment. Together, we’ll take a mindful walk along a quiet dirt path surrounded by trees, slowing our pace to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world. Along the way, we may pause to connect with the stillness of a pond, the movement of wildlife, or the gentle rustle of the breeze.

Our walk will lead us into a guided meditation where you’ll be invited to ground, breathe, and connect deeply with yourself. I’ll close with a mini sound bath, weaving together gentle instruments and moments of silence to harmonize with the natural soundscape around us.

This is a chance to step out of routine, reconnect with nature, and leave feeling centered, restored, and present. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself, comfortable walking shoes, and a willingness to slow down.

This event is by donation only. Suggested contribution is $5-15, but please give what feels right for you.
