Vibrational Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and embodied awareness. This all-levels class blends slow, accessible movement with intentional breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing elements to create a calming, restorative experience.
The approach is somatic rather than performance-based. Participants are encouraged to move with curiosity and attunement, prioritizing internal sensation over external alignment or how a pose looks. Options are offered throughout, making the class appropriate for beginners exploring yoga for the first time as well as experienced practitioners seeking a grounding, low-stimulus practice.
Vibrational Yoga is well suited for those feeling stressed, fatigued, overwhelmed, or disconnected, as well as anyone looking to slow down and reset. The integration of sound and mindful movement supports relaxation, body awareness, and a sense of ease, helping participants leave feeling more settled, present, and restored.
No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies are welcome. Mats available for those who don’t have their own.
