Chef Mark will guide you through picking the right steak, as well as properly seasoning and searing the steak on high heat to produce that perfect golden-brown crust. Paired along with your juicy pan seared steak will be some creative new sides as well as a mouthwatering sauce to cut through the richness of the meat.
