Chef Mark’s Winning Dish!

Come and meet our new Chef, Mark Benson, while he teaches you how to make the dish that he created to become the new Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School Instructor! Chef Mark will walk you through this simple but addicting meal while teaching you the fundamentals of properly breading and frying meat, how to make a simple pan sauce, learn about a lesser known vegetable green from our produce aisle, Rainbow Swiss Chard, and conquer the most irresistible Creamy Polenta that Chef Mark’s family demands it every year at Thanksgiving now!

Crispy Breaded Pork Chops fried in Beef Tallow
Herbed Mustard Sauce
Creamy Cheesy Polenta
Sauteed Rainbow Swiss Chard
Blueberry Rhubarb Mocktail
