Aquatic Characters Needed for KOTM Alumni Aquarium Event

For the past several years I've been asked to bring characters to my son's early intervention program, Kids On The Move. They are a wonderful organization and the event has been the highlight of the year! This year they are asking for "Ocean" specific characters.
We would like to have a couple of characters to welcome guests as they enter the venue, some at the photo station, and a few available upstairs for a "Bubble Room," story time room, or face painting room. Additionally, if anyone is skilled in face painting, please let us know.
There will be a changing area and they ask that the characters arrive at 5:15pm. Heather Olsen is the contact person.
