Yin Yoga, Nidra and Sound Healing

Join Shani & Corey Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a deeply restorative yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation enhanced by the healing vibrations of the gong.

As we honor this seasonal change where the sun shines equally in both hemispheres, and the lengths of day and night are equal, this practice offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign finding a balance within. You’ll be gently guided into a state of conscious rest—between wakefulness and sleep—while the resonant tones of the gong support deep relaxation, energetic release, and mental clarity. Aligned with the Equinox themes of balance, gratitude, and letting go, this experience invites you to embrace the transition into the darker half of the year, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and inspired.

To fully relax during this experience, it’s helpful to bring comfort items like an additional yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or eye mask. When your body is supported and free from discomfort, it’s much easier to let go and sink into the deep, meditative states that the sound is meant to awaken.
