We have partnered with our friends at The Doylestown Bookshop to welcome NY Times bestselling and award-winning horror author Paul Tremblay and award-nominated author John Langan to the theater to introduce the film and discuss its influence on Paul's newest novel, HORROR MOVIE, and their writing. This is part of their day-long horror event, Dark Ink.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: Often considered the most frightening motion picture ever made. This low-budget scream-fest follows five friends traveling throughout rural Texas who stumble upon an old farmhouse belonging to a chainsaw-wielding lunatic and his murderous family. Eerily beautiful, gritty, and downright terrifying – THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE remains unparalleled in the horror genre with its pitch-perfect tension and documentary-style camerawork.
