This 2-hour, retreat-style session invites you to rest, release, and realign your energy through a calming sound bath, followed by a gentle sound healing talk to help you integrate and ground. You'll be guided through a deeply immersive experience using the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, designed to bring your body and mind into a state of stillness and harmony.

You are welcome to bring a lounger chair if you prefer not to lie on the floor Whether this is your first time experiencing sound healing or you've attended before, everyone is welcome.
This session is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of experience level. Health conditions: Not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
