Pickling & Fermenting Class

Interested in making your own kimchi, kraut, or pickles? Learn the basics of wild fermentation & pickling to preserve your fresh, seasonal produce with Assistant Farm Manager Emily!

This class will be tasting-heavy as we explore different techniques and versions of fermented and pickled produce grown right here at Forge Hill.

Tickets are $15 and cover a whole household. Friends, family, and kids are welcome!
