Race To Base

An experimental new side event for the Phil's Ride team, Race To Base is a fun afternoon whereby small teams from Phil's Ride of 2 to 4 people are blindfolded and dropped off up to 10 miles away from our base (The Old White Bell) and armed only with a basic map, attempt to be the team to get back to base in the sortest amount of time. No mobile phones, no sat-nav, no lifts, no wheeled transport and definitely no cheating!

The teams will be monitored real time via tracking back at base on our high tech laser display board for all to view the progress.

We'll be running a series of 'Race To Base' activities to keep the audience entertained on the Saturday afternoon including a Pool & Dominos Tournament and various Sweepstakes.

Usual pub facilities will be available throughout the day.
