Join us for the 2025 Illinois Construction Hike for Hope, a powerful event dedicated to raising awareness and support for suicide prevention among construction workers — a field with one of the highest rates of suicide in the nation, according to the CDC.

This inspiring day brings together workers, families, friends, and community members to:
- Enjoy the natural beauty of Hidden Lake Forest Preserve
- Honor those we have lost and show support for those struggling
- Empower mental health champions in the construction workforce
- Learn about effective strategies for suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention

Whether you work in the trades, care about someone who does, or simply want to make a difference, your steps matter. Let’s walk together toward hope and healing.
