First Tuesday Faß Tapping from the Cellar - Guest Tapper: Sean Gregor of Church Street Brewing

Our brew team gets to taste all of our beers at every stage of their production process, but normally you don't! We didn't think that was fair, so every first Tuesday of the month we tap a special Faß keg (German gravity keg) at 5:30pm of a young version of our beer so you can see the difference compared to when it is finally mature. If you're a fan of kellerbier, you'll love our First Tuesdays.

This month's beer: Oktoberfest Ur-Marzen. This will be the halfway point of our Oktoberfest's six-month lagering time. You won't want to miss it!
