Do you ever feel like you're just not good enough? As women, we often find ourselves caught in a cycle of self-judgment. Join us for a transformative 3-hour creative workshop designed for women to explore and heal their inner critic. Through creativity, such as collage, artistic journaling, internal exploration, and group discussion, you'll learn to cultivate self-compassion and help silence that negative inner voice. No artistic skill is required – just an open heart and a willingness to explore all your creative parts.
