Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and punch your way to strength in this high energy 45-minute class. Combining intensity of rhythmic boxing with the toning power of Pilates and barre-inspired mat work, Box-ilates is designed to ignite your whole body. Tickets are $15 per person!
What to know before the class:
✨Class can be done barefoot, sneakers, or grip socks - your call.
✨Bala Bangles are optional - light hand weights will be provided
✨Please bring your own mat and water
