Through mindful movement and intentional breathing, we’ll create space to unwind, reconnect, and restore balance midweek. Whether you're easing stress, restoring flexibility, or simply carving out space to pause, this class invites you to stretch with purpose and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more centered.
