Take the MAY RUCK Challenge!
Rucking involves walking with added weight on your back. It's a simple and low-impact way to get into fitness, enhancing strength, endurance, calorie burning, balance, and bone density.
For the month of MAY we invite you to join us in the RUCK Up Challenge.
The Challenge-
20 cumulative miles of rucking for the month! Or 25 cumulative miles of intentional walking/ hiking.
AND
Join in on 2 of our scheduled 5 Ruck Ups!
AND
Do 2 random acts of kindness while supporting local during the month such as volunteering locally, making a local monetary donation, sending a random person flowers from a local shop, surprising someone with coffee from a local shop!

May 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 at 5:20 pm
May 10 & 31 10:00 am
Each Ruck will be approximately 40 - 50 minutes of walking and then hitting a local establishment for a refreshment or beverage.

May 10 @ 10:00 am State Park & Blue Star Barns Meet Up
May 15 - Mt Baldhead & Saugatuck Brew Co meet up
May 22 Wicks Park Ruck Up & The Barge meet up
May 29 - Beery Field & Wild Dog Meet Up
May 31 @ 10:00 - Mt Baldhead and Outside Coffee Co
