June Mindfulness Groups

Join me at Vibe cafe for my twice-monthly mindfulness groups.

These drop-in sessions are aimed at anyone interested in enhancing their mental fitness and wellbeing through the practice of Mindfulness and those interested in meditation, embodiment and awakening.

Each session begins with a short talk followed by a 45-minute guided meditation, a tea break, and then time for discussion, questions and answers.

Time: 7pm – 9pm

Location: Vibe Plant-based Cafe, 9 Ridgeway Street, Douglas, Isle of Man

Price: £10 per person / £5 concessions
