Heart to Heart Support Group

Our group is a safe space for individuals who are newly diagnosed with heart disease, as well as those who are caring for someone, regardless of their age.

We understand how overwhelming it can be to adjust to new health realities, and we want to offer a sense of community and belonging.

Whether you need someone to talk to, a place to share your fears, or simply some guidance on managing the emotional and physical challenges of heart disease, we’re here for you!
